Choose how comments trigger a DM. Reply in DM supports two rule types:
Catch-All
Every single comment triggers a DM—perfect when you want everyone to get your link, offer, or resource.
Keyword
Only comments containing specific words (like "LINK", "YES", or "DEAL") trigger a DM. Great for targeted engagement.
What can you include in the auto-reply? A text message, clickable links, attached files (PDFs, images), and discount codes. Mix and match to give each commenter exactly what they need.

How fast are the DMs sent?
Within seconds of the comment being posted. As soon as someone comments, Reply in DM detects it and delivers your auto-reply almost instantly.
What’s the catch if it’s free?
Free forever — no trial, no credit card. Free DMs and broadcasts include a small "Sent via replyindm.com" note. Upgrade to Pro ($9/mo) to remove it.
Can I send images or PDFs?

How do people subscribe to my lists?
Two ways. Either they comment on a post where your rule adds them to a list, or they DM you a trigger word (like "BONUS" or "JOIN"). Either way, they first receive a DM with a Subscribe button and only join after tapping it — so you always have confirmed consent.
How does unsubscribe work?
Every broadcast includes a "Reply STOP to stop these messages" footer. When someone replies STOP, we ask which list they want to leave (if they’re on several) and confirm with a message. Subscribers can also tap an unsubscribe button in their conversation with you.
Can I stop it at any time?
